Trips can run from a short 2-day getaway up to a full 7-day adventure, and the days themselves can be combined in whatever way suits you best. A common approach pairs guided day trips with a comfortable hotel stay in Bariloche, fishing by day and returning each evening to the city. Others prefer to add a camp expedition into the mix — a few nights out on the Manso River, the Limay River, or the waters of southern Neuquén province — for a wilder, more immersive stretch in the backcountry, before returning to hotel comfort in Bariloche. A stay at a lodge can also be woven in for those who want a touch of rustic elegance along the way. Day trips, lodge stays, camp nights, and hotel stays can all be layered together in whatever proportion makes sense for you.
Whichever combination you choose, every piece has been carefully thought through — from the lodges and hotels we work with to the logistics that move you between camp and city without a hitch. The result is a trip that feels personal and effortless at the same time, with the same level of quality and attention to detail whether you’re casting from a drift boat, settling into camp for the night, staying at a lodge, or unwinding at your hotel in Bariloche.

Every All Inclusive trip is custom-built around what you want to do, where you want to stay, and how many days you have. Below is a sample 7-day itinerary combining a day trip, a lodge stay or camp expedition, and hotel stays in Bariloche — just one of many ways we can put your trip together.
Day 1 — Arrival in Bariloche
Airport transfer to your selected hotel in Bariloche. Time to settle in, with an orientation on the days ahead and, conditions permitting, an easy first outing nearby.
Day 2 — Day Trip from Bariloche
A full-day guided outing on the Limay or Manso River, returning that evening to your hotel. Ideal for fishing hard by day while enjoying full hotel comfort at night.
Days 3–5 — Camp Expedition or Lodge Stay
Transfer out to one of our camps — Manso River, Middle Limay, or a float on the Collón Curá — or to one of our partner lodges, depending on the season and your preference. Camp and lodge stays run for a minimum of three nights, so there's real time to settle into wilder, more remote water. Whether it's a camp with our full field kitchen and crew, or the comfort of a lodge, every detail is taken care of.
Day 6 — Back to Bariloche
Transfer back into the city, checking in to your hotel. A relaxed afternoon to unwind, explore Bariloche, or fit in one more guided outing nearby.
Day 7 — Final Day & Departure
A closing session on one of the home waters near Bariloche, then transfer to the airport for onward travel.
This same structure can be reshaped in many ways — more day trips, more hotel time, fishing every single day, or rest days built in — but every camp or lodge stay runs a minimum of three nights, so there's enough time to really settle into the water. We design it around you.
Wherever your trip takes you, the same standard applies. When you’re staying at one of our carefully selected hotels in Bariloche, you’ll have access to their own excellent, high-level culinary offerings — refined dining right in the heart of the city. When you’re out on a day trip or based at one of our camps, our own team takes over, and that’s a part of the experience we take just as seriously as the fishing itself: fine cuts of Argentine beef, a good Malbec always at hand, and real attention to detail, whether it’s a riverside lunch, a camp dinner under the stars, or a full asado back at base. No matter the format of your trip, good food and good wine are never an afterthought.

FAQ’s
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t own fishing gear. Do you provide it?
No worries—we provide everything you need. All equipment is included and tailored to the waters you’ll be fishing, including rods, reels, lines, and flies.
Do I need to know how to fly fish?
Not at all. Our guides love introducing newcomers to this fascinating sport and will do their best to help you land your first trout on your very first fly-fishing experience. Alternatively, most of the waters we fish are also suitable for conventional spinning gear.
I’m vegetarian/vegan. Do you offer alternative food choices?
Absolutely. We’re happy to adapt meals to your dietary needs. Just let us know about any preferences or restrictions in advance, and we’ll make sure you enjoy the food as much as the scenery and the fishing.
What personal gear should I bring?
We provide all fishing equipment, food, and beverages. You should bring:
- Sunglasses (essential for both safety and comfort while fishing)
- A warm layer, as Patagonia’s weather can change quickly
- A hat and sunscreen for sun protection
My partner doesn’t want to fish. Can they come along?
Of course! They can relax and enjoy the stunning scenery and delicious food. And who knows—after a day surrounded by Patagonia’s beauty, they might even be tempted to give fishing a try.
